Notify Schedule Refresh Warnings & Error Table - A consolidation of all errors in the dataset on last refresh date

Right now scheduled refresh is marked 'Completed' whilst errors are totally ignored with no way to know without a client complaining that the numbers are wrong.

There should be 2 things
- Completed with Warnings - which triggers a notification email, similar workflow to Refresh Failures.
- A Consolidated table containing all Errors, Table Schema - Refresh Date/Time, Table Name, FieldName, Error Type, Error Desc, Original Value.

If Power BI is to be a mature reporting system, THIS IS CRITICAL. An Errors dashboard can then be created to monitor errors during the refresh process to help improve data quality either at the course or enhance Power Query to address them.

Errors cannot go unreported (pun intended)
