Visuals can be resized by pulling open the window but it would be nice to determine the size of a visual within the given window space as well.
Some cases I've come across this is a pie graph that could be larger (or better put take up a larger percentage) and the slicer custom visual which could be smaller (responsive even?) than what the actual visual window dictates.
I envision a subset of controls within the visual similar to how Excel works where you can modify the sizes of the titles, graphs, labels by dragging them around within the visual.
