We have a requirement to Geocode locations. We subscribed to Azure Maps to using the Geocoding API only to find out that we can't refresh our datamodels in the service as Power BI doesn't recognize the datasource, in dataflows we also get an error where it will continuously ask for credentials related to the Azure API URL even though this works as anonymous in PBI desktop in the subscription key is provided in the URL. Power BI should be able refresh datasets that use Azure APIs in data transformations. Serious...this is one MSFT service to another, this should work out of the box. We were able to switch to an open source geocoding API and had no issues refreshing this online, however we need to use the Azure service due to the volume of records.
