Having meta-data translations (https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=4572279d-7c44-43c5-9315-abf219d3c148) available is an important part of the story to satisfy mutli-language needs. But there is more in the front-end of what I miss, as many (the majority? of) report users don't even see the meta-data, but the user-defined headers, page names and column content instead.

To offer multi-language reports we also need a way of showing translated user defined headers/texts, names of report pages and, of course, the column's content as a feature in Power BI / Analysis Services, without workarounds in form of over-complicated models and/or DAX. Ideally this comes as a one-stop-shop (one interactive setting to be changed by the report user to get all the mentioned parts presented in a different language). I think of a filter comparable to row-level security (RLS), which sticks to the tables, but which can be changed dynamically by the user (and is constantly in place, even if I create new relationships in the model view, so I get a nice 1:m relationship and not a m:m relationship due to duplicates e. g. products because of multiple rows per language).
