Enable lasso selection OUTSIDE report canvas area

Report Canvas space is limited ans precious.

Often, we need to place visuals close to the canvas edge,

we also need to place visuals close to each other.

There was a time when you could lasso-select multiple visuals

By starting your left-click from the white wallpaper area, making it very

Easy to select and group visuals where there was little clickable report canvas space.

This feature was remove more than a year ago. It would make sense to bring this back to increase productivity

And reduce pain.
