    Can there be a possibility for a click-through?
    Really going from one report to another report based on information you clicked on the first report?

    I'd like this too. Other older/lesser solutions have this, I think Power BI needs this somehow too.

    Should be 'open' to link to different tab, report, or custom URL

    So badly needed. We do this in SSRS now and it adds so much functionality. We need to be able to set a navigation link and include filter criteria on the sub report.

    This would be excellent. Specially for Project / Portfolio reporting. The way DOMO do it is great.
