    Stop refresh spinners showing on visuals where the interactions have been disabled.

    Say I have column chart A and column chart B, I edit the interactions on both so neither interacts with each other. However, when I select a column in chart A there is still a refresh spinner in the top left of column chart B. 

     

    This is somewhat distracting for users, as when they apply a slicer against a single visual, for example, it shows a refresh spinner against all visuals, despite the interaction between slicer and visual being disabled.
