It would be great if you could select multiple columns in the data view e.g. the hide multiple columns from the report view in one operation.

Hello,
You want to make the changes in Query Editor (not on DATA mode). You can have multiple fields updated there. HTH

Super ridiculous to not have the ability to retain the original format upon import to begin with. And to not be able to reformat multiple columns at once, this is double the inconvenience

i HAVE 300 COLUMNS WITH SAME FORMAT, i NEED TO MANUALLY DO IT

It is crazy this basic functionality is not available as standard! I just don't understand how/why this is missing.
It is the lack of extremely basic functionality like this that puts people of using Power BI over traditional tools.

Need to add currency symbols to multiple columns & its not possible today whether in powerquery option or on data view option. This is very much needed.
