In the preview "Power BI Service" data source, it is impossible to update the data source as you can with other data sources (e.g. to switch from Development database to Production database). We can mess with it by unzipping the pbix/pbit file and manually altering the data source guid, but it is a far more involved process than it even sounds.
For test/release purposes it would be great to be able to swap one model out for another as with other data sources.
