The September released "Drill Through" option enables the ability to use a back button. When a drill through is applied, there is no way to reset the filter on the applied page. The back button currently takes you to the previous page, but SHOULD ALSO reset the drill through filter.

RE: drill through back button resets the applied drill through filter
This ought to be a standard feature! Please implement this soon.

Agreed and voted!
I especially agree with the comment from March 30, 2018, about this being the "(o)nly way to make a report page useful in 2 navigation scenario's at the same time".
RE: drill through back button resets the applied drill through filter
Only way to make a report page useful in 2 navigation scenario's at the same time:
- drill trough
- navigate manually
I feel we really need both at the same time, there is really no good reason for keeping the drill trough filter applied after pressing the back button. Only causes confusion ...
RE: drill through back button resets the applied drill through filter
I absolutely agree with this idea. The drillthrough filter should automatically reset when you go back to the source of the drillthrough.
RE: drill through back button resets the applied drill through filter
Definitely need ability to release the filter. Otherwise I can see Reports configured with multiple duplicate pages trying to support sensible report navigation using DrillThrough
RE: drill through back button resets the applied drill through filter
I was going to submit the same idea. Report drill through is a fantastic feature, and works great if you only ever use drill through to navigate from one report page to another. But after using drill through, if you then navigate to the same report page manually the drill through filter is still applied and it gets a little fiddly and confusing. Having the back button clear the drill through filter would be perfect!
