    Release PowerBI Premium Capacity Metrics App For DOD and GCC community cloud instances

    Currently Gen1 or Gen2 Premium capacity metrics apps are not functional on the DOD or GCC community instances. Please work to correct this to allow monitoring and optimization for government capacities.  Current metrics for both Gen1 and Gen2 are insufficient to monitor without the application connections.  This limits the capability to monitor and asses organizational needs. Thank you.
