    Power BI GIT Integration & Folders -> Cannot Sync Content when update made outside of Power BI service, and the Published Content is in a Folder

    Firstly, I acknowledge that both of these features are in Preview, just reporting a bug.


    Scenario:

    -Azure Devops GIT Integrated Power BI Workspace (F2 Capacity)

    -Published Paginated and Power BI Reports to Workspace

    -Organized into Folders

    -Synced to DevOps

    -Synced VSCode (Local Clone of same branch)

    -Made Changes

    -Committed via VS Code

    -Attempted to Sync Changes in Workspace

    -Failed

    -Removed items from folders

    -Sync Success
