Enable access to our insights for third party collaborators by assignment of powerBI licenses via azure b2b

We use Azure B2B collaboration to provide access for third parties to lots of different Azure resources. It would be great to be able to share our PowerBI dashboards with them too. Currently we cant share with users both as their accounts (which could be invited AAD accounts or invited live accounts) cannot access powerbi or powerbi pro licenses we assign them in our directory. plus invited users who are not AAD backed and thus end up with live accounts, cannot login (a work or school account is needed). If powerBI could enable any B2B user invited to collaborate in our directory to use the functionality it would open up a whole new way of working for us.
