Ability to Email all Report Users

We need to be able to email all report users when there has been a significant update to the report or the dataset.

This recently became an issue in my office when a dataset would not refresh for several days, it was connected to multiple reports, with different users on each, and I had to open each report up and type out the list of report users to email and let them know that the data was not updated. A single 'Email All" button on the page with the user names for each report would have been awesome to have!
