Every visualization has a 25 unit bar on top with the "Focus Mode" and "More options links. When combined with a Title bar, this uses 50 units of 720 for the total vertical space on a report page. I like having a Title and the menu options but would like them combined.

I completely agree as well, would be useful to just hide it.

Not only is it wasted space, but it confuses the hell out of my clients. There should be an option to hide the bar once published.

Yes - very annoying. Especially when creating an otherwise "small" KPI just to display a single value. For me, an alternative to the original idea would be to give us the option to completely hide the title bar - on some visuals, the controls there are not practical or useful (I don't need to export data or go full-screen for every single visual)

For me, this is a huge issue, because all my dashboards have some space on the top, which could be used more efficiently. Also it annoys me, that I click the wrong visualization, when I overlap them. I barely ever use any of the tools in that bar. Please make that optional.

Such a waste of space, especially when designer don't want users to use any button on that blank bar.

Agree! Menu bars are especially annoying for e.g. text boxes, KPI tiles, etc. In almost every case there's absolutely no use for the menu bar and they take a lot of space and make it difficult to select other objects that are close by. Please make it possible to hide them.

I agree with this. It also makes it difficult to line up various things as the extra space on the top is not needed.

Blows my mind how menu bars is still a thing! Should be able to disable em on a visualization basis!! This ruins so much in most of my reports / dashboards

100% and totally agree this bars creating a huge amount of distractions in returns of usability benefits of the embedded functionality with every charts. i would suggest that you guys find some other way to inject those functionalities ( Move them somewhere else, give a choice in the charts properties to make bars inadvisable, have a small arrow to show them instead making them showing up on the hover event of the chart) Just keep the charts clean and do what they are designed visualize.
