    Admin portal: separate settings for R and Phyton visuals, enablement per security group

    Possibility to enable R and Phyton visuals to Specific security groups. Today R and Phyton visuals can be enabled/ disabled to the whole organization only.

    Possibility to enable R and disable Phyton, or visa versa. Today both R and Phyton come under one setting in Admin portal.
