I would be Nice to have option for setting dotted or solid lines for each rowset in a linechart. typically used for illustrating Budget/forecasts (dotted) and actuals (solid)

You can do this as of our August update of the Power BI Desktop! Check out the details in our blog: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-august-2017-feature-summary/#lineStyles

RE: dotted lines in linecharts
Dash line formats would be a big help
RE: dotted lines in linecharts
This should be added by now, how do you do forecasting without this.
RE: dotted lines in linecharts
Pls, add this feat! Dot, dash and etc in line charts!
RE: dotted lines in linecharts
Curved trend lines like in Excel, rather than just straight ones.
RE: dotted lines in linecharts
We'd like this multiple ways. As separate lines for a dimension but also on the same line where we can show the actuals transitioning to forecast values or even monthly/yearly goals. Line thickness will help as well.
RE: dotted lines in linecharts
Dotted lines
Adjustable line thickness
These would be awesome!
RE: dotted lines in linecharts
Yes! Line type/style, thickness, and data-point dots would be very helpful. Even allowing the reference line to track to a data field (rather than just typing in a number) would help.
RE: dotted lines in linecharts
The standard ones in many MS products or at least the common HTML border styles, e.g. Solid, Dashed, Dotted. Those 3 would be a nice start.
RE: dotted lines in linecharts
I just saw the comment about line thickness. +1.
To review:
* Line color
* Line thickness
* Solid, Dashes, Dots, etc. e.g. Line style
