Admin of workspace that has access to assign Dedicated Premium Capacity when in workspace settings can see the name of assigned Capacity. Other members of workspace can see Dedicated Capacity is enabled but can't see the name it is assigned. Users without assign permissions need to be able to see which capacity is assigned mainly to know which region their data is stored.
Default region is US but the capacity might be in West Europe.
