Render scatter chart randomly instead of layer-per-legend

Scatter charts colored by legend are currently rendered one legend at a time onto the canvas. (In alphabetical order of the legend text.) This means that in dense regions the last legend is visually over-represented, i.e. the chart gives a false visual statistical representation.

I would suggest an option to pick data points semi-randomly from across the entire set (across labels), and plot them in this order.
That way, the colors of the dense regions will more accurately represent the relative count of the labels.
