Overwriting reports

Hi,

We receive a daily count of our patient numbers per location via Microsoft BI.

Unfortunately there is no way to view any data in history form.

Meaning that once todays numbers are produced in Microsoft BI, it automatically overwrites yesterdays information.

This makes it difficult to manage data usefully if you can only view current information and can not track history and trends.

Is there a way that the system can avoid overwriting the data, so that I can get the patient counts per site for any date in history that was previously published?
