Can you please make a Microsoft visualisation for organisations or hierarchies available in Power BI?

Background
I need to visualise a hierarchical structure within the Microsoft Azure cloud (our management groups and subscriptions). I haven’t found a good way to do this in Power BI, Excel or Visio.
Non-Microsoft Power BI visualisations are blocked at my workplace, and we don’t have the Excel Visio Data Visualizer add-in (which is also blocked).
I’ve been able to create the diagram using yEd, but a simpler-to-use tool would greatly assist me and my colleagues.
