Waterfall Chart - Custom Start/End Points

It would be great if the standard waterfall visualization could have a customized start value. For example, a waterfall chart that we typically use is Actual Revenues variance to Forecast. It would be great if the starting point of the waterfall could be Forecasted revenues, and the ending point could be Actual Revenues. Currently, the only option is the visualization starts at $0 and ends at the variance.

The ability to set dynamic starting values (actuals or budget) is essential for financial reporting. The vanilla waterfall lacks context and is rather unhelpful in communicating the desired narrative to ones audience for a BI tool.

Please bring the power BI waterfall visual in line with its excel counterpart.
