Create dynamic Rank, Best in Class and Average measures at the grid level, the slicer or filter which is at the lower hierarchy should not affect the measurement.
For example, if a ranking report with the region on the grid, the rank will be calculated at the region level, the store slicer or filter should not affect the ranking. If the market is on the grid, the rank will be calculated at the market level, the store slicer or filter should not affect the rank.
