I've enjoyed the webinars you guys offer but have banished Flash from my machines for obvious reasons. I've missed the last two including yesterday's DAX best practices presentation. The on24 tool, besides being generally underwhelming, requires Flash to watch the webinars live or recorded. Could you guys switch to a web conference tool that doesn't require Flash? Maybe Skype? Similarly, would you consider uploading those webinar recordings to Youtube?
