Add ability to separate report visuals in different selection states. Make it as a property of a visual then it can be easily accessed.
For instance, you plan to compare several visual for different periods. You place some of them on the left side and copy of them to the right. You change period and then related visuals should change but not the opposite ones.
There is a feature which can help to solve similar cases but it is too complicated than it should be.
Menu -> Edit interactions -> change how they should work together. But let's imagine that we can do that in one click with changing of a visual property. It can be a more user-friendly way.
