We have had many users complain when their Favorite has been "lost''. Due to data refresh issues in the Gateway we have had to re-deploy a report under a new name to enable the refresh again so therefore the user has lost their link since it is tied to possible a report GUID vs. a Report Name. This general request to have more control from an operations/admin point of view to see how has what favorite reports, possibly re-link them to a new/updated report, group favorites, set default favorites to save users this step etc. I can think of many uses and benefits for managing favorites in addition to allow a user to manage their favorites.
