When you create a workspace, that name is automatically shared to the exchange email directory without context that it is a power BI workgroup. So for example, when we set up "Nursing" for nursing reports, people see that in the directory and attempt to email all of nursing using it. Suggest that you can override the name in the exchange directory, and better yet set up a rule for it, like prefix all with PBI_.
