Downloadable/copiable lists for Power BI Service admins on who has access to each app, report, dashboard, data source and workspace - DO NOT make this contingent on access to Centralized Audit Logs

If I am administering multiple workspaces for multiple apps/reports/dashboards, it should make sense that I should be able to view who has access to what, and what level of access each user has to a given resource.

There doesn't appear to be an easy way to manage this. Too much in Office365 relies on requirements to have global admin rights when a lot of the time, in an enterprise situation, the people with global admin rights aren't best suited to be the ones managing the thing in question. There needs to be a way for people with actual admin responsibilities to monitor the proliferation of workspaces/apps/reports/dashboards, and the access to those items, on a Power BI Premium node without having to have global admin rights for the whole enterprise.
