Power BI Service - need capability to create app in "My Workplace", and/or allowing an app in other workplace to pull report/dashboard from "My Workplace"

Currently,

• Power BI service doesn't allow app creation from "My Workplace"
• Apps in other workplace can't pull report from "My Workplace" either

This is a huge limitation and a shame b/c it reduces usefulness of MS product.

PBI reports in "My Workplace" can already be shared with other users, there is simply no reason not to make it "shareable" under an App. App is just a portal. It has its own technical merits but from business perspective, it is no different than sharing PBI report directly, or through OneDrive or SharePoint. Such limitation is unnecessary and counter productive.
