    Hide context menu options

    Add a feature to hide pre-defined conetxt menu options like Include and Exclude while embedding a report.

    This will help in scenarios where we embed for the customer in ISV apps. When drillthrough is used to navigate between pages, customers get confused by seeing these options.

    Yes this would be a great feature. Currently my end users get confused about it and I don't want them to use it since I have a Drill through to show more details.
