Fix Key Influences the analysis is performed at the record level issue

I have finally managed to create a pbix file for this issue


I have a star shema


And I try to use the Key Influencer with behaviour from behaviour and attitude dimension table as the Analysis and as soon as I drag anything else in from another dimension I get the following error


the analysis is performed at the record level of the table. A field in explain by is not on the 'behaviour and attitude' table or in a table from the same data source and related to it by a many to one relationship. try summarising it


I did a quick fix where I put behavior into the fact table but I dont want to do this. You should be able to do this with a STAR schema.

The feature or option not available in Power Bi as off now and that feature will be considered and developed in the future.

This scenario will be treated as a new feature request and acted upon by our product and engineering teams.

Having said that , all requests will undergo validations from multiple perspectives like

Data Security and Data Privacy
Design complexity
Technical and commercial feasibility.
Impact on existing features (Both upstream and downstream)
Once these are done then the Product and Engineering teams look at timelines for alpha and beta versions and the final release with proper documentation.

Also, ETAs for new features added to the pipeline are difficult to state due to dependencies above.
