Add the ability to switch the selected item for slicer with buttons

Hello!

I want to reduce the number of actions for the user when they change the selected item in a slicer.

This applies to both the drop-down mode and the tiled and list mode, but only in the single selection mode.

The slicer must be controlled additionaly with buttons "Prev" and "Next".

When the user click to the "Next" button, the slicer selects the next item.

When the user click to the "Prev" button, the slicer selects the previous item.

If the current item is the last item in the list, the slicer must be select the first item.

This buttons can be a parts of the slicer or separate visuals (that is better).

There is a good idea to improve slicers functionality.
