    Attach refresh failure Excel log file to email alert when dataflow refresh fails

    When a dataflow fails to refresh, there is an email notification generated and sent to the owner of the dataflow.

    It would be helpful if the Excel log file related to the failed refresh was attached to that email so that the owner can quickly see which query in the dataflow is causing the issue.
