As a Reports user, I would like to enable '# of Rows' in Table visualization so that I can see the number of records in the Table.

Same. The count of records in a table or matrix should include effects from filters and slicers.

I would love to see this improvement as well... when doing simple field counts there is often a discrepancy between how many rows are visible in the table compared to how many are included when the table is exported to .csv.

This is easier to see with smaller datasets, but once you get into 100's or 1000's of rows the only way to know how many rows are visible is by exporting the contents of the table.

This is similar to the ability to count only the number of visible rows with filters applied in Excel using "= SUBTOTAL(3,A2:A2099)"
