Possibility to ungroup rows in a Power Bi matrix

Hi. I got this question from multiple Power Bi users about a matrix, researched online and found out that there's no way to ungroup rows in a matrix. The only possibility to see the field values on every row is to use a table instead of a matrix, but then it hinders the possibility of splitting data fields into rows, columns and values. Can we have an option available in the matrix format to ungroup or unmerge the fields from rows? Thank you for consideration.

PS: In an Excel pivot table this can be enabled via "Field Settings > Layout & Print > Repeat item labels" - this follows the same concept I suppose.
