Randomise or allow editing of internal name of first report page

In PowerBI .pbix files, the first report page is always referred to internally as ReportSection. This cannot be changed via PowerBI Desktop, and requires custom tools to change.

As a result, it makes merging PowerBI documents difficult, as every time a new page is added, all pages need to be merged, a page added (ensuring a unique internal name), then re-split into individual files.

If we could allow the editing of internal powerbi page names, or ensure appropriate randomisation of internal name generation, this problem would not occur.
