CSV files consume a lot of space. Ideally, the storage should be in parquet or AVRO format.

A single dataflow with a single entity with few fields consumed about 3GB. In addition to taking up a lot of disk space, the Entity's load time is absurdly high. We need to optimize this so that the use of dataflow is warranted (especially if we rely on it with self-service).

I couldnt see this as an existing idea but I did see an idea around Incremental Refresh with Pro in general. I wasnt aware that Pro couldnt do this already and hope that if that gets changed then that change will also flow into the DataFlow settings.

It just doesnt make sense not to have this available. Both for Microsoft and for the users of the product - I assume both entities are affected equally when massive datasets are being downloaded constantly and unnecessarily. Maybe users slightly more impacted as it impacts how they use the product and how up to date their data can be.

Spent 3 hours moving a large report Dataset to the new DataFlow module only to be stumped when trying to save at the end.

All I am doing is linking the Account and SystemUser entities to the Opportunity entity in Dynamics 365 CRM, this is not asking too much is it, really ?

At the moment, computed entities in dataflows can only be refreshed if the entity are allocated to a workspace in Premium capacity.

Power BI datasets/reports with computed entities can be refreshed with a Pro license.
