Support non-pbix datasets in Deployment pipelines

Using datasets that do not originate from a .pbix is unsupported. With the official addition of external tools in Power BI Desktop, more people will want to, not just modify, but create datasets in for example Visual Studio/SSDT or Tabular Editor - which would not be able to use modern DevOps features like the deployment pipelines. To be able to use version control of datasets, we are using non-pbix datasets. To make real use of DevOps features, using a deployment pipeline too would be greatly appreciated.
