Sometimes there is a need to overlay a slicer on top of another visual (e.g., provide custom checkbox options that sit over an empty portion of a shape map visualization). When the user clicks on the visualization, however, the slicer moves behind the visualization and the user is no longer able to toggle the checkboxes.
There should be a way to configure a smaller control like a slicer so that it always stays on top of a larger visualization that shares the same real estate on a report.
