Toggle to switch "Sharing-Icons and Full-Screen"-Bar from bottom to top for "embed to web"

It would be great to be able to toggle between have the "Microsoft PowerBI - [Sharing-Icons] - FullScreen"-bar which sits at the bottom of every report "embedded to web" from bottom to top

Reason: If you view it on mobile, you have to scroll down & right to view that you have the option to view in fullscreen.

(Notice: I´ve submitted another idea to reverse order, so that users don't have to scroll "down & right" on mobile phones, but just "down" to know about the option to toggle fullScreen)
