Tenant Admin Item: Exclude notifications & items shown to the User in workspace Menus that have been disabled by the Tenant Administrator

Some features released by the Power BI Teams are not necessarily used by all organizations in all cases. For example, if an org decides by policy or other reasons not to use data flows or datamarts etc. and disables these in the tenant, the workspace users still see these options in the interface and a notification banner in the workspace list, and it creates confusion. Not having these shown to them would be very optimal. It would also be very helpful to have any preview feature for the entire tenant turned off until the tenant admin has a chance to review it for the masses before releasing it to them. Thank You!
