Add "Underlying data" option to Export data capability in PBI Report Server product

This capability is enabled in the Power BI Service (cloud) product, but not in Power BI Report Server (on-premises) product. This is a problem for our users since we migrated to the Report Server product.

It was very efficient for our users when we used Power BI Service to slice the reports and then select Export data and then have the option of selecting either "Underlying data" or "Summarized data". Now, in Report Server, this option is missing and the only data that can be exported from a report is exactly what is presented in the report visualization (i.e. summarized data).

Please add this important capability to the Report Server product!
