Allow dashboard tiles for visuals to show the DATE updated (or allow the TIME updated option to format as a date)

Dashboard Tiles for VISUALS have an option to show the TIME updated. When this option is turned on, visuals show the time and even the day - but not the DATE updated. (e.g. on a tile for a visual that was updated five weeks ago it will show "Updated Friday" but not specify which Friday - leading the reader to incorrectly assume last Friday).

Oddly Dashboard tiles for REPORT PAGES behave differently. They correctly show the date that the report page was last updated.

Can you please change the behaviour of the Updated Time field to show the Date for all dashboard tiles?
