When you set up a deployment pipeline between a development and a production workspace, The initial lakehouses are copied to from dev to production.
however, if you alter a view on the dev side, those changes are not deployed to the production side when doing a deployment via the deployment pipelines. This is easy to miss and can cause major issues.
