Allow individuals with a live connection to access the relationships and tables view so that they can add additional columns

Allow individuals with a live connection to access the relationships and tables view so that they can add additional columns. The columns could be saved in the PBI file itself.

If this is added individuals will be able to use the "new column, New Table, New Parameter, Manage Relationships, Sort by column, manage roles, view as roles, new group, edit groups, and mark as date table" while retaining a live connection. Currently all these features are lost if a live connection is present.
