Allow me to know what measures and columns that are used in my model and not

Whenever you delete a measure or a column, whatever visual that is using the measure/column will give an error as the measure/column is no longer available. Add a check when deleting a column or measure if it is used in a visual, or as part of another measure. It is very easy to end up with many many measures after a working with the model for a while but ut is a pain to figure out if the measure is actually used or not. There are 3rd party tools that can be used but it would be better if this was built into Power BI. The first step would be to give a waring if the column or measure is used in a visual but can be expanded to e.g. if the column is used in a relationship etc.
