We can organise our data sources within Power Query into different groups. It's relatively normal for me to categorise them by the source business domain, and that makes it easy for me to navigate around my data.
However, as soon as I hit 'close and apply' I'm reduced to an alphabetical list of my tables, when the groups would be at their most useful. This is the point where I'm building up my measures, and where I may be sharing the dataset to someone else to use.
It'd be useful even just in the fields section of the data tab.
