Lakehouse Semantic Model "Last Refresh" Column Bug?

For semantic models belonging to a lakehouse, the workspace's “last refresh” column is not revised to reflect when the lakehouse's data was last updated; rather it shows the date the lakehouse’s definition was last(?) saved. In contrast, for (non-lakehouse) import-mode semantic models, column “last refresh” shows the timestamp of the last update of the data exposed by the model.

The behavior for lakehouse semantic models here seems like a bug—as it is inconsistent with the name of the column (“last refresh”) and the behavior of import semantic models.
