    New role: Supcription Manager - Allow Users to Subcribe for others without edit right

    It is very risky to allow multiple users to edit reports only to be able to subscribe to the report for others. Unintentional customization and modification of the data or the reports can be the result.


    In my opinion, a "subscription Manager" role would be ideal.

    This person can only see reports but not edit them. But is able to send subscriptions to multiple users.
