Unbound pick list that sends other bound row attributes to filters

I want to supply my Power BI report template with a reference dataset. This set will have an English name for a basin (to use MS Access form combo box terminology, an "unbound" pick list), with MAX_LAT, MIN_LON, MIN_LAT, MAX_LON decimal "bound" columns (I'm ok using a pre-cooked 4 point extent box). I want the user to be able to pick "Permian" and have the report filters for LAT and LON ("is less than" and "is greater than" for each) be filled out and filtered by the lat/lon atts of the row they picked.
